All our products are available for purchase via this website. We will send them to anywhere in the world so long as there is a postal service operating within the destination country.
All UK deliveries are free sent via the Royal Mail, using their First Class Delivery services.
All deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are sent via the Royal Mail Airsure service (if this service is unavailable in the destination country, packages are sent “International Signed For”). P&P fees will be added to the final total in the checkout section.
P&P varies according to the size and weight of your order and where it is being sent to.
Please allow 14 days for delivery. If your package does not arrive within 14 days or if there is a fault, please contact us with your order number, date, name and contact address and we will provide alternative arrangements.
If you are unhappy with any part of your purchase experience at palmandmarble.com, we will provide you with an exchange or a full refund provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition and that the goods reach us within 14 days of receipt.

Pain & Marble will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit back to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a recorded and insured mail service. Refunds will only be issued to the same card with which the goods were purchased.
